Personal Manifesto mapping: 

Both as a mother, but also as an individual. Outlining in detail: Who do you want to be? How do you want to feel? How do you want others to view you?

Internal Mapping: 

Mindset + Self-Regulation: What is your current mindset as it pertains to your health and wellness? How does it need to shift in order to achieve your goals? What self-regulation techniques do you need to implement this new mindset(s) longterm?

External Mapping: 

Environment + Channels for self care (yoga + nutrition + any additional sources of nourishment) + Routine building We focus on how to shift your environment to set you up for success, what self care channels you need to feel nourished, and how to build sustainable routines and systems.

Online Yoga Program

An 8-week online yoga program you can do right from home. Classes are only 25-minutes long, so you can get your yoga in anytime - morning, naptime, or after the bedtime routine! We focus on parts of the body and major muscle groups that need extra love postpartum to get you feeling like your best self.  

WHAT'S INCLUDED (LIFETIME ACCESS - only available with coaching program):

  • ONLINE CLASSES: 25-minute classes you'll take 3X a week through the YMF portal
  • QUICK CLASSES: 10-minute classes you can add to your weekly schedule or take when you're short on time
